Myspace Presents The Release: T-Pain in NY (Part 2 of 2)- 11/10
In true MySpace Music Release Show fashion, last night at the Hiro Ballroom in New York City, T-PAIN- like most Hip Hop artists called his Superstar Celebrity friends to celebrate The Release of his new album dropping today 11/11/08, "Thr33 Ringz." Joining the celebration was none other than P.Diddy who some didn't recognize in a Jordan Sweatsuit and big puffy jacket - did Diddy see the party going on while headed to the gym? ;) He joked about just wanting to be T-Pain's hype man. To no surprise, Ludacris joined Pain on stage to perform their singles "Chopped and Screwed" and "One More Drink" off each other's albums. Busta Rhymes got the entire room singing "I'm getting Arab Money!!!" before bolting into his classic "Dangerous." Miami's DJ Khaled sang "Karaoke" with the crowd and asked them to "Go Hard!" Other notables included Maino, Pleasure P, Taydizm and Terrence J of BET joining on stage. After an amazing 90 MINUTE! set - this was truly a night to celebrate. The circus themed room filled with entertainment of it's own including women on stilts, bearded ladies and little people. Makes one anticipate the NEXT MySpace Music Release Show. Stay tuned for E-40 in Miami at SOBE Live 11/21, Akon in New York 12/1 at the China Club and Q-Tip performing for the first time in Hawaii at the Pipeline Cafe on 12/13. DON'T be the one to miss out! There were some fans stuck outside in the cold, wondering why they didn't know any sooner....
