35mm stop motion test

ok, this does not look very good and it is very short, but I thought I would post it anyway. I shot this with my fujica 35mm still camera on Fuji 800ISO. I had it developed at a CVS and transferred to cd so I could edit in FCP. This is two rolls of film so it's 48 frames and about Two seconds long. I didn't use a tripod, I just set the camera on a stool and moved the stool. it didn't work very well. oh well. it's still kind of creepy. Thanks
Living in the 80s
Sounds cliché but hey, why not? For a good portion of my life, I worked in photo labs. In fact, my first job back in 1987 was at a photo lab in Long Beach, CA inside Ralphs “The Giant” store on South Street. The next one was also in Long Beach and because she lived right around the block from the place, I could have quite possibly had my (future) wife as a customer. Of course back then she was a teenager and I probably wouldn’t have given her the time of day, but anyway… If you work in a pho

I Need a Brilliant Short Script to Shoot on 35mm Film

Call "fer" scripts (man I need to ditch the accent). NOTE:I make it sound like I was at the LondonYT gathering, but only in spirit was I there, by watching vids like those of Crex81, etc. Anyway... send me some brilliant short scripts so I can use the thousands of feet of film waiting in my freezer, before gamma rays eventually render it useless. Almost any genre, R or less. Fantasy is doable, tech-sci-fi and westerns less so. 20th century period pieces are generally doable, and a brilliant film noir script would be tremendous. Camera to be used is a Soviet-era MOS Konvas. Film is various Fuji and Kodak, shortends and unopened cans. Crew will be local experienced folks who, even with no pay to be had, just enjoy the smell of raw 35mm film :) To those exceedingly rare folk who may recognize the significance of the orange knit cap w/smiley-- yep, was there at the one and only (honeymooning no less), and it was magnificent and illuminating, and I got John Waters autograph in crayon on a program (and captured the moment on 8mm video-- maybe I'll post that here), and I still wear the cap every once in a while for luck. So maybe with luck a great short script will "-dance" my way... .
