In The Red River Gorge - Chapter 04

a Mike Hargis film a Fibro Twins production Music by Ut Gret Shot entirely in the Red River Gorge, near Slade, KY in 2006. In the spring of 2006 I naively decided that I wanted to become a filmmaker. I purchased a Canon XLII and a tripod, and having no background whatsoever in photography or video, I set about making a film in order to learn how to make a film. The result of this "student" endeavor was In The Red River Gorge. This was edited with Premiere Elements 3, and was the first Fibro Twins film. I hope that you enjoy my film, presented here on Vimeo in 12 Chapters. Very special thanks to Tim Chiavaroli and Daevid Hargis, without whom I never could have made this film. Also thanks to Joee Conroy and Ut Gret for the wonderful music. To purchase this film on DVD, message me here on Vimeo.
