Here's a short movie to show that you don't need to buy expensive camera equipment to take nice photographs. For these close-up photographs I used a Fujifilm finepix S2 pro with a Sigma 70-300 mm lens. You should be able to buy a similar set 2nd hand for about 450 euro. So don't waste your money on buying the newest dSLRs on the market unless you really need the extra functions those cameras offer. Get a better lens instead. Or give me your money. Or, if you insist on buying the newest dSLR, give me your old one.
